HITSphere now tracking over 20 HIT blogs

It was only a couple of months ago that I started the HITSphere health IT blog aggregation engine and community with about 8 feeds. Throughout the past couple of months many more blogs have been nominated and accepted for display on the main page and even more inside the Community pages.

Check out the HITSphere — it’s diverse and pretty encompassing now. If you know of more that should be added, please let me know. Check the site daily to see a global perspective on what’s going on in the health IT space.

Don’t forget that there’s also a HIT-specific specialty search engine available that performs better than general purpose search engines for our industry.

    My only suggestion at this point is putting my blog up a little higher;-)

    It’s a great resource and a benefit for my site to be apart of it. Blogging sure is addicting. My only problem is that there is sooo much information out there that I never feel like I’m complete.

    At least HITSphere gives me a place to start.

    I’ve been meaning to write a little code that will automatically sort blogs by what people find most interesting — meaning the blogs that get read most often get moved up automatically. At this time it’s in a “first come, first served” order by I do need to revisit that :-) .
