I totally agree. 
Socially networking is totally going to change everything and transparency
is only going t o improve as the years go by. 
It will have a positive impact on healthcare and we will look back and
wonder how we lived without it. 
Transparency is a good thing. This not only applies to healthcare, but
to education, government, business, the legal profession, etc.
