		<description>I am not surprised. Govt has found another way to cut physician and hospital reimbursements. There few things about medicine that can&#039;t be understood sitting behind a desk or in washington. One is that medicine is not a perfect science. Its not akin to selling a product in walmart. For example hospital acquired infection sound as if its physician&#039;s or hospital mistake and medicare should not pay for extra few days of ICU care and thanks to IT they will find a software to detect(or over detect) that. Only when you actually work in a ICU and take care of patients on ventilators, one can see the reality.</description>
