Govt has found another way to cut physician and hospital reimbursements. There few things about medicine that can't be understood sitting behind a desk or in washington. One is that medicine is not a perfect science. Its not akin to selling a product in walmart. For example hospital acquired infection sound as if its physician's or hospital mistake and medicare should not pay for extra few days of ICU care and thanks to IT they will find a software to detect(or over detect) that.
