Nothing. Its interface is extra-ordinarily poor. For surgeon's (like myself) it reminds you that e-prescribing is still in its infancy in many states (like Texas), in that you cannot write for controlled substances. This makes e-prescribing completely useless in my practice until the laws change. Additionally, not all pharmacies are connected. In some instances, if you write for an e-prescription that then needs to be faxed, you will be charged for that fax. This is not a problem with NEPSI per se, but a generic problem with transitioning to e-prescribing. Bottom line. I would only recommend signing up IF you have above average computer skills, the patience of Mother Teresa, and the time of a surfer dude.
