When I saw the title of your post I was concerned that you would include technology phrases which are often accused of being &quot;technobabble&quot;; e.g. SaaS, Cloud and SOA.  Actually, these words often neatly summarise complex concepts and avoid dragging the user into the confusing detail.  However, there is something of an abuse of these terms where they are used to mislead or are simply not understood.  IT Professionals should unite against misuse of terms.</description>
