		<description>The more players in this market the better. It would be great if some of these funds could be targeted to populations and diseases that are underrepresented. We don&#039;t need any innovation around ED, but maybe diabetes or cancer! Of course, what would be very welcome is a technology idea that would have some effect on  &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.goldenrule.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Health Insurance&lt;/a&gt;  costs, but I know that is asking too much! I know that healthcare is getting more expensive and driving up costs, but it would be helpful to see some innovation that didn&#039;t involve flashy and expensive new equipment.</description>
