		<description>I love this idea! It seems like such a great idea. The current cost of EHR is staggering. One question I have would be in regard to implementation of a open source EMR. Who would do the hard work of implementation? Would consultants come in as they do with all the commercial EMR out there? I guess that I can see something like this to be very useful in a clinic setting, but the complexity of a hospital environment might require more customization, thus the support like that available from more expensive EHRs.</description>
