The docs get the compensation they feel is due to them, and the patients are at the center of it. I'm with a company called <a href="http://www.RemedyMD.com" rel="nofollow">www.RemedyMD.com</a> as of 2 days ago (came from EMR/med. billing software/Ingenix background). And I feel like this company is really on to something with their Oracle-based patient/clinical/disease registries. The best doctor in the world is not going to have the same insights as the collective knowledge base all his peers could offer. Great blog, thanks.
