Unfortunately, it&#039;s very easy to lapse into &quot;marketing speak&quot; when trying to get your message across.  As I tell my clients, pretend you&#039;re having a conversation - and that&#039;s what you write (and remember - the audience, reader want to know what&#039;s in it for them - not all about you, wonderful innovative, premier solutions providing you...;-)</description>
